Scenarios USA and the New York Times

Scenarios USA By Scenarios USA, February 23, 2012

In January we were delighted to be invited to co-write a lesson plan with the NYT Learning Network Blog. After three weeks of intense collaboration, we are delighted to share with you the lesson plan, fresh off the presses! We decided to focus on all the work being done nationally in honor of Teen Dating Violence Awareness Month. We incorporated activities from our gender curriculum, as well as our REAL DEAL film, Bitter Memories, which deals head-on with teen dating violence and some of its underlying causes. We also focused on the NYT article that looked at teens (and adults!) who share passwords as a new form of intimacy.

Please check out the NYT lesson plan here: and leave a comment.
